Your mission is to create and implement a Marketing strategy that will grow our business and delight our market and customers, in line with our global mission and vision.
You will achieve budgeted turnover and business objectives through development and implementation of marketing plans and marketing activities - contributing to increased sales, improved brand equity and customer satisfaction.


Key Accountabilities


• Define the strategy that should drive the business forward
• Manage the marketing activities through vision and objectives in line with the five pillars of Marketing at Puratos, e.g Marketing Intelligence, Product Management, Innovation, Communication and Digital Technologies
• Define the marketing strategy and marketing plan, including communication and product strategy, and make sure it is actively implemented within marketing budget


• Academic degree in Marketing with min. 5 years’ marketing experience from B2C or B2B.
• Strategic mind-set and overview with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills with good marketing and commercial understanding.
• Technical understanding and ability to turn complex technologies into marketable solutions.
• Knowledge of the industry is not a must, due to extensive product training.
• Self-driven and dynamic with flexibility to handle strategic, tactical and hands-on tasks.
• Experience with brand building, product and category management.
• Driven, ambitious with a preference to be part of a winning team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
