Position Overview

For our Sales team in Poland, we are now looking for a:

Key Account Manager
-Corporate Industry accounts-
(Poznan, Poland)



Your mission as Key Account Manager – Corporate Accounts will be to build strong partnerships with our Corporate industrial customers at a national level and further consolidate Puratos’ position as a reliable partner in innovation for this segment. 
Together with the colleagues in the R&D department and by having an in-depth understanding of your customers’ products and processes, you will leverage Puratos capabilities in developing sustainable solutions for new finished goods and concepts, and optimization of product lines, to further develop their business.

You will report to the National Sales Manager, Poland and be a part of an international network of business development experts that ensure we stay ahead of the curve with applying performant tools and methodologies in this area of work. 


Key Accountabilities

• Professional support, advice and expansion of major customers in the above-mentioned areas 
• Business development and new customer acquisition
• Definition and implementation of key account plans based on the sales strategy and the current sales budget of the Puratos organization 
• Transparent reporting via the CRM system on customer and market data as well as sales activities and project progress 
• Close cooperation with the overall business development team, which includes sales as well as the R&D and Marketing team
• Regular exchange on a global level with stakeholders in the Puratos Group to offer the best service to internationally positioned customers 
• Participation in regional, national and international sales meetings and training


Your skills:


• Academic degree in Business or Sales related discipline
• Proven successful track record and professional experience as key account manager, preferably in the food industry, other areas are also welcome 
• Experience in the management of key accounts engaging at senior level within customer organization and industry sector
• Fluency English and solid knowledge of CRM and the Office Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Independent way of working and openness to further education and growth
• High social competence, strong communication skills and team orientation
