Position Overview
In order to further strengthen our team in Poland and support implementation of Continuous Improvement Program – OpX Excellence (WCM) we are searching for:
Junior Maintenance Planner
Key Accountabilities

- Performing data analysis to predict and curb failures before they occur
- Working with the production team to ensure asset utilization and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) optimization
- Conduct training for team (e.g. breakdown analysis, problem solving, SMP)
- Implementation of standards (e.g. Standard of maintenance , 5S for maintenance, KPI visualization)
- Supporting of implementation for Cleaning Inspection and Lubrication
- Supporting culture of kaizen (good change) together with production, H&S , Quality and Engineering
- Coordinating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and recommending corrective action
- Collaborating with maintenance teams to develop proactive maintenance strategies that enhance asset reliability
- Working with project engineers to ensure the maintainability and reliability of newly installed and modified equipment (e.g. documents revision, confirmation of key points for troubleshooting, process understanding, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis FMEA, LCA)
- Planning performance evaluation tests to determine potential production and safety risks
- Participating in CMMS system implementation (eg. Updating the preventive maintenance plan in the CMMS system, machine parts list)
Required Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering.
- Fluent Polish and English

Basic Internship contract for 6 months with possibility for prolongation and/ or moving to standard work contract, depending on the performance.
