Position Overview

In order to further strengthen our Sales (Traditional Market) team, we are currently seeking a:


Regional Sales Manager, East Poland
Podkarpackie, Łódzkie, Lubelskie Or Świętokrzyskie)


Key Accountabilities

• Execution of the sales plans in the region,
• Introduction of new products on the market
• Acquiring and ongoing cooperation with the wholesale customers and major retail customers in the region
• Keeping abreast and reporting on the actions of the competition and overall region to the Sales Manager – Traditional Market
• Training and motivating , setting goals and overseeing the work of the Sales Representatives
• Setting qualitative and quantitative objectives for particular Sales Representatives in cooperation with the Sales Manager – Traditional Market; supervision over the realisation of those objectives
• Performance appraisal of the subordinate employees, in agreement with the Sales Manager– Traditional Market.


• Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in a business related field; any qualifications or certifications related to the food industry are advantageous
• Proven experience in designing and implementing B2B sales strategy to increase market share, strong sales acumen
• Practical knowledge about food industry
• Experience leading, providing coaching, developing talent, and building a high-performance team
• Experience in growing a business
• Experience in managing budgets, expenses or pricing
• Driving license
