Technical Key Account Manager
(Helsinki, Finland)


As a Technical Key Account manager at Puratos Finland your role is to help our customers being more successful in their business. You will achieve your mission by focusing on customer needs and implementing our commercial strategy to build our reliable partners in innovation image amongst the leaders in Bakery, Patisserie and Chocolate. You are a key player in this team and have to balance your technical and commercial expertise with creativity and business thinking.


Key Accountabilities

• Increasing sales, market share and profitability For Puratos Finland
• Build close customer relationships through day-to-day contact with industrial customers and proactively build our project pipeline
• Giving technical support to our customers and liaising with Puratos technical staff to meet customer needs
• Developing the Puratos brand in Finland
• Implement and fine-tune solutions knowing our customers’ production equipment and ensure fast reactive troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Create inspirational finished product concepts based on consumer trends and customer demands.
• Ensure technical documentation of products is available for the customers and closely follow food legislation.
• Working together with the team in Estonia, inspiring and motivating your colleagues as part of the Finish/Baltic team.


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales for the food industry. Preferable bakery or confectionary.
• Food science education combined with commercial experince
• Creative and passionate about sales and creating new inspirational concepts.
• Good commercial understanding about project management skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communicator, international mindset and fluent in Finnish and English (corporate language). Fluency in the Scandinavian languages is also a strong advantage.
• Willing to travel across Finland and other countries when needed.
