SAP CRM Domain Specialist

Position Overview

Based in Guangzhou, China, in order to further strengthen our IT SAP team, we are currently seeking an:

 

SAP C/4 HANA CRM Domain Specialist

(Guangzhou, China)

 

The main mission consists of implementing C/4 HANA CRM application in the various Puratos local companies around the world. The CRM Domain Specialist will also identify, analyze, promote and coach improvement projects to improve the performances of the entire Puratos Group.

Reporting directly to Regional SAP Manager Asia, the CRM Domain Specialist will be expert in his/her domain (C/4 HANA CRM) from a functional & technical point of view. Within his/her area of responsibilities the CRM Domain Specialist will keep the APAC Regional Applications Manager informed about his/her activities.

 

Key Accountabilities

Implement a C/4 HANA CRM application in Puratos subsidiaries:

  •             Analyze the as-is processes of the company;
  •             Draw the attention of the management on the organizational impact as a consequence of the implementation;
  •             Propose and facilitate organizational changes if appropriate and needed;
  •             Ensure the correct set-up of the C/4 HANA CRM application;
  •             Help key users to migrate the old data to the new system;
  •             Ensure common rules and data are respected;
  •             Propose and develop, where necessary, solutions to gaps;
  •             Transfer to the Key users the necessary knowledge to operate the application;
  •             Help Key users to test the system and recommend its acceptance;
  •             Ensure the necessary documentation is written together with key-users;
  •             Record & follow-up authorizations in the system so that sensitive and critical data/processes are protected;
  •             Keep the project managers informed about the project progress and issues;
  •             Act as project manager when applicable for the implementation in specific roll-out countries to ensure successful roll-out of the CRM application;

Within his/her domain/competence support from a functional point of view the C4/HANA CRM applications installed by the HQ.

Optimize the system used in subsidiaries running the HQ chosen CRM application and help the subsidiaries to use the application in a more efficient way,

  •             Analyze and identify improvement & best practice areas within the organization (process, department, branch);
  •             Organize post implementation common training sessions;
  •             Implement additional functionalities;
  •             Stimulate continuous improvement through benchmarking.

 

Profile and Required Competencies

Technical And Professional Expertise

  • SAP C/4 HANA CRM experience, minimum 2-3 full life cycle global implementation projects experience;
  • Experienced with SAP implementation methodologies;
  • SAP ERP knowledge in the Sales Distribution (preferred);
  • Backend SAP S4 HANA Integration experience (preferred);
  • ABAP knowledge (preferred);
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technology or related majors with a strong focus on analytics;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills of complex and technical concepts; Demonstrates strong command of the English language;
  • 4+ years total business experience;

  • Strong business process knowledge and ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal or no customization;

  • Well organized and good time management skills;
  • Willingness to travel about 40% of his/her time.
