Teamleader

Mission

 

The Team Leader leads a production team as part of an operational production process to achieve the objectives of safety / health / environment, quality, level of service and costs through continuous improvement. The Team Leader contributes to the execution of activities in the following five operational priorities: SHE, Quality, Service, Cost and People, in his department. He also participates in the continuous improvement program with a view to achieving operational excellence.

He also contributes to compliance with applicable international food safety laws and standards: safety, working conditions, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Prerequisite Programs (PRP), British Retail Consortium (BRC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), halal, kosher, allergens, etc.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Development and adaptation of personal planning - machines - production - warehouse
  • Contact person in case of technical problems
  • Link between teams and departments
  • Responsible for encoding data relating to numbers, stops, equipment, etc.
  • Management and control of prescription procedures
  • Team leadership and development.
  • Support for team members
  • conducting evaluation interviews and monitoring of employees whose performance is insufficient
  • Planning and holding team meetings
  • Encourage problem solving

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field (or equivalent experience)
  • You have a first experience of team management in an industrial context
  • You have a very good knowledge of French and English. knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
  • You know how to work with MS Office
  • You are ready to work in three rotating shifts: 6 am to 2 pm; 2 pm-10pm; 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
