HRIS Specialist

The HRIS specialist is a member of the Group Human Resources team of Puratos. This position focuses on data integrity related to talent and organizational life cycles, strategies to provide information and reporting to employee and managers; and includes special business and HR analytics projects to support the business growth.

 

In the context of the Global implementation of the new HRIS system, the HRIS specialist will support the project manager and the Human Resources Managers  in coordinating the global  full implementation cycle from landscaping - buying – designing – testing ; to operational support taking up an advisory, support or project leading role in specific areas of the project.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • You will create and maintain system databases, data integrations, notifications, role based permissions and reporting. This includes data entry and data changes; as well as defining data dictionaries, recurring maintenance processes, system manuals and procedures.
  • You implement and continuously improve a set of controls for the registered human resources system data. You interact with and guide HR affiliates in data corrections.
  • You review and audit completed data entry assignments for accuracy.
  • You provide technical & functional support of human resources software to staff, managers of the personnel or HR communities.
  • You train the staff and create manuals on how to effectively use the software.
  • You update and produce month-end regular  reports, and other reports upon request.
  • You provide HR and Business communities with Business and HR KPI’s and analytics
  • You provide insights on HR and business data, by co-designing dashboards with various business stakeholders and you assist in implementation strategies to embed data driven insights in the decision taking processes of various business leader on people and organization matters.
  • You work with other departments on creating custom reporting from the HR and BI systems; and compile statistical information for special reports or metrics.
  • You perform “System & HR” process analysis. This includes testing applications, selecting software, auditing and monitoring system activities. Continuously improve user experience and keep system processes aligned with HR processes and practices.

 

 

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in HRIS Administration and HR processes, preferably a first experience within a project-driven environment.
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel). Knowledge of human resources, finance, computer technology or human resources management software are a plus.
  • You have strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You are able to think out of the box and are able to work independently but also interdependently.
  • You have a good balance between passion for numbers and passion for people.
  • You have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
  • You are fluent in English (written and oral). Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset.
