Group Website Manager

As a Group Websites Manager you are the key figure in the development, maintenance and implementation of digital solutions with focus on our multi-country websites, reporting and data analysis. You are giving directions towards a direct report, a tester and an external development team.  You will also offer advice and guidance to the business units and regions regarding their web-related needs. You will participate in the further development of our winning marketing organization that aims to strengthen superior customer value propositions and accelerate digital business transformation.


Key Accountabilities:


  • You manage the Group’s website(s) supporting 50 countries with their local websites:
      • Corporate global content management through the CMS (Adobe)
      • Optimization of functionalities, components, design, user experience, … on all our websites (corporate & local)
      • Support local multi-lingual website development projects. Analyze, describe, test & launch new features
      • Translate business requests to briefings for IT, software providers & developers
      • Providing support to local marketers, setup regular trainings for the CMS and create clear documentation
      • Manage the relationship with 1st and 2nd line support desks in collaboration with IT
  • You provide support for digital activation campaigns: Support the setup, rollout & reporting of multi-lingual digital campaigns (campaign tagging, SEM, E-mail marketing, display, social advertising, social selling, …)
  • You are responsible for the dashboarding & web analytics:
      • You monitor, analyze & benchmark website results and usability (Google Analytics, dashboarding, heatmaps, A/B testing, …).
      • You analyze the online journey from discovery on the website, through lead nurturing to sales conversion via e-commerce.
      • You present and communicate results of our website efforts and produce weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
      • You gather & share cases and best practices from top performing countries.


Who are we looking for?

  • Keeping up with web technologies and awareness of the latest digital trends is part of who you are.
  • You are data driven and convinced that a data-driven culture speeds up business’ decision-making processes, helps making efficient decisions and improves the prediction of future trends and behavior.
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in a digital communication or marketing function, preferably in an international context.
  • You have a sound knowledge of CMS systems, digital design, user experience and web analytics.
  • You are very organized, allowing you to manage projects with many moving parts.
  • You have very strong communication skills.
  • You are determined to continuously improve everything you do
