Global Business Process Transformation Manager

Puratos has 62 manufacturing sites spread on 50+ countries. The job is based in our Worldwide HQ in Groot-Bijgaarden (Brussels area). Occasional travel is foreseen.


You will report to the Global Business Transformation Director.



The main mission of this role is to:


Establish the framework to design, monitor, simplify, standardize and automate our core business processes across all countries and all functions at Puratos.

Work on a variety of process re-engineering projects like O2C, P2P, Food Waste reduction, further development of e-commerce processes, to name a few..


In this role, you will:

  • Work on projects that will include process re-engineering, creating new functionality & capabilities, digital transformation, innovation & automation,  and all aspects of program management required to ensure successful deployment, adoption and value capturing.


  • Collaborate & Interact with Group Functional Officers (Operations, Sales, R&D, Marketing, HR, Finance, ICT, …), the countries and their operational teams and with a strong focus on the TOP 20 countries.


  • Lead or support strategic initiatives that contribute to the short and long-term key objectives of the group.


In scope are all processes for the entire group.


Key Accountabilities


In this role, you will:


  • Lead or support, organize, direct, manage and control program activities for process transformation programs with major cross-functional impact and benefits.
  • Set program management routines, create, monitor, and update program plan.
  • Use Process mining Technology (on SAP processes) as a compass for Business Process Transformation
  • Analyze the human intervention on our O2C and P2P processes and translate fact based insights in a clear improvement plan with the ultimate goal to improve productivity and customer/employee experience.
  • Analyze & review process efficiency KPI’s and propose improvements in the area of integration, digitization and automation.
  • Monitor key process indicators to evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organization and regular report on it.
  • Mobilize Teams driving & delivering results while acting as role model and coach in the organization.
  • Build & Develop an highly engaged end-to-end process user community. Ensure sharing of best practices between countries through webinars.
  • Identify any risks regarding changes & possible disruption and develop a strategy to overcome or address these.
  • Assist with resolution of project conflicts. Engage with senior management when necessary.


Who are we looking for?


  • Master degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience in the area of process reengineering and digital transformation preferably in a company with manufacturing activities close to Food, FMCG, Chemical…
  • Specific process knowledge in Sales or Production/Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma Belt or lean equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience applying / executing project management.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix structure and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, designing, resolving, and documenting complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Being technology savvy and digital oriented, affinity with Process mining, Power-BI, Knowledge of information systems (SAP/CRM/BI) at end-user level with experience.
  • Strategic agility, sees and can simply distill bigger picture.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Able to Inspire and influence.
  • Drives for and achieves results.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish or French or Dutch is a plus
