Export Officer
What will you do?
As member of our beOps (Belgian Operations) Trade & Documentation team, you manage the full documentation of our road, sea and air shipments in an optimized manner, towards our customers worldwide (> 110 countries). You will create all transport and customer delivery related documents. This concerns the following documents:
- Transport documentation
- Country/Customer specific documentation
- Sanitary (FAVV) & other certificates
- Customs
Who are we looking for?
- Working and thinking level bachelor degree
- Preferably you have a degree in Logistics Management or you have a solid working experience in Logistics
- Languages: Excellent English, good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
- ICT: SAP, MS Office
- You have following soft skills:
- Easy communicator (verbal as well as written)
- You are a born multitasker that gets energy from following up on different requests from multiple customers at the same time
- Your administrative skills allow you to bring order to what is sometimes a rather complex working
