Process Industrial Engineer

For our Andenne’s site, we’re looking for an Industrial Process Engineer due to internal mobility.

Your mission :

  • Be accountable for the production efficiency and output
  • Increase efficiency in  production while keeping product quality and respecting product specifications
  • Permanently improve process and equipment
  • Contribute to obtain and maintain the desired quality and product specifications in function of the available raw materials and production conditions by follow up of the KPI
  • Propose concrete projects or actions aiming to increase productivity, efficiency, yield, quality, safety, and respect of environment, in close cooperation with R&D and Project

Key Accountabilities:

  • Optimizing the organization of production workshops (daily monitoring and propose corrective measures)
  • Improvement of industrialization and adaptation of the production system (optimize of existing equipment and cost estimation)
  • Manage in the development of new production equipment and processes :
    • elaboration manufacturer specifications
    • define URS for the new investment 
    • supervise the testing phases and development of new process
    • Validate and implement opportunities for optimized formulas, recipes, processes, equipment and technology as suggested by PI from BU
    • Upscale new technology, equipment in the plant

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Master degree in Bio-engineer or industrial engineer
  • 2 to 5 years experience in project management
  • An experience in food sector or process industry is mandatory and in fermentation is an asset
  • You are fluent French-English.
  • You have good analytical skills and are enterprising and persistent in implementing the solutions generated
  • You experienced the philosophy of continuous improvement and take it into account in order to make productive processes evolve positively
  • You are fluent with common Microsoft computer applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).  SAP knowledge is an asset.
  • You are a real team player and have excellent communication skills. You are ready to have interactions with internal and external stakeholders and create sustainable partnerships.
