Customer Experience Digital Architect

Your Mission

As a Customer Experience (CX) digital architect,, you are uniquely positioned to redefine the digital frontier. Across this rapidly changing landscape, you’ll craft innovative digital strategies which revel in the expectations of a global clientele. In this role, you will apply modern data analytics to learn critical insights, propelling your organization to the forefront of the industry. By fostering robust collaboration with marketing and ICT teams, you will synchronize internal processes with external market demands. Engaging with e-commerce and market automation transcends maintaining relevance—it's about taking charge in a competitive environment, ensuring operational success and driving strategic growth.

What you will do

Dive into the role of a Digital Experience Architect in a wide tech landscape, where you'll be a transformative force across our dynamic business domains. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

Change Agent: Step into the user’s shoes to drive organizational change, ensuring digital solutions align perfectly with strategic objectives. You'll craft the IT roadmap, connecting strategy and investments to tangible outcomes.

Innovator: Forge new ways of working using digital tech. You'll lead and participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) aligned with our innovation funnel priorities, applying agile principles to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.

Facilitator: Unite teams across the organization to build consensus and foster a collaborative digital culture.

Strategist: Manage the ICT solutions portfolio, focusing on data and process integration across applications. Your work ensures business value, future-readiness, and cost optimization through strategic IT transformations.

Project Guide: Support and steer project teams during implementation, providing insights for developing budgets and timelines. Occasionally, you’ll take on project management roles, especially for pilot or complex projects.

Governance and Security Collaborator: Work closely with support, service, and infrastructure teams to govern and secure digital solutions post-implementation.

Analytics and Integration Architect: Collaborate with business intelligence and data science teams to ensure measurable outcomes and integrate new solutions seamlessly into our existing landscape.

Budget Advisor: Provide crucial budgetary input to ICT managers and project managers, sometimes managing budgets directly for specific projects.

What we expect from you

•          SAP C/4HANA Sales Cloud savant: You're skilled in using and integrating SAP C/4HANA Sales Cloud across various platforms.

•          Marketing and E-commerce specialist: Your expertise doesn't stop at SAP; you're also a pro in Marketing Automation Solutions and e-commerce platforms.

•          Tech Bonus Points: Got experience with PIM, CDP, CMS, or SAP ECC? Even better!

•          BI Innovator: You bring demonstrated expertise in Business Intelligence and a knack for innovative thinking.

•          Agile Project Leader: Exceptional at managing change and projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies, coupled with stellar communication skills.

•          Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about sharing knowledge and working as part of a team.

•          Resilience and Flexibility: You handle stress like a pro and adapt quickly to new challenges.

•          Language skills: Fluent in English; mastery of additional languages is a plus.

•          Experienced: You bring at least ten years of relevant experience, including hands-on application development.
